Go green....

Eversince I came to Morocco, I was always fascinated with the herbs grown here and how my friends use it for their everyday recipes. I love how the food tastes and everytime it touches my tastebuds, wow! I always have this feeling that I am in a fine dine restaurant where you can taste the essence of every ingredients, without additional seasoning. For example, the spaghetti that I always like has different presentation in my taste. Thanks to my friends who always share their delightful recipes everytime they prepare foods, not to mention Rowena , ate Tess who's already in Portugal and ate Lory who is already in Austria. Maybe I should learn how to prepare those stuff in order to eat good and healthy diet.

Back With a New Attitude...

Hello guys, it's been awhile that this site was dormant. I became focused with different stuffs around me lately and devoted my time for my self preservation and healing... But now, I am back  and I will be posting you with some good and not so good stuff within my stay here in Morocco. People and things "which" made me changed the way I deal with them... Hello guys, last Sunday, it was a bit gloomy. and again, I am having this gloomy feeling and the lazy attitude (does this word exist???), I don't know.... The weather has really something to do with my emotions and moods at times and I mean most of the time. So after the Sunday mass at the Spanish church, my friends went to one of our friend's apartment and had their lunch there, but I decided to have my breakfast at McDonalds...

After making a call to my mom, I notice the beautiful color of these flower in the garden , though I have my DSLR camera with me, I decided to use my mobile to be a bit challenging with the inferiority of the quality of the image taken from a mobile phone, but it turns out to be a good shot!

Hello guys, I have been very busy for sometime that is why this blog has been silent for a while. But through those weeks of silence, I have collected some good photos of the sunsets. some of those images were posted on Facebook, but since I deactivated my account there some some personal reason with how do I say, "friends with malevolent deeds??" I mean those people who only calls or get in touch with you when they needed something but after they got what they wanted, they just ignore you... well I don't mind since no matter what happens I am still here as a good friend to them... And I guess they don't consider me a good friend because they know that I will call them if they don't call me back. So it's better to to stay away from them.... I guess...

Long term of silence....

Hello to all! Sorry, I was kinda busy at work and kinda taking some time to lay low for awhile, so even this blog site was also forgotten for some updates. Well, I was feeling a bit bored and lazy at the same time during those days of silence, haha! But I am so much happy since I found some good friends and good colleagues. I hang out with some friends as time passes by. Of course I am always with my camera to take some good moments, which I do believe that only a photo can preserve that moment. Wednesday dinner: an explosion of traditional Moroccan cuisine

It's Alae's turn for the dinner, so he already informed me 3 days before his first cooking challenge. But before his big day of cooking, we went out to shop some utensils which he will be using for his menu. The weather is not that good because it rains most of the time and  it's very cold.

I was expecting to have a sunny and warm Saturday morning but the sky didn't agree with what I wanted. errrrrr! I was hoping to go out and take some photos and breathe fresh air outside. Anyways, there's no hope for me to do some outdoor activities so I decided to do my laundry and do some cleaning in the apartment because I didn't clean the floor and kitchen last week (coz I was in the office busy rushing things at that time).And I was supposed to see my friends in Mega mall but I fell asleep waiting for my laundry to finish. (sorry Alae and the rest of the gang if I didn't make it)

It's really been a long week for me since I got to finish some works and I am that type of person that when I have an important task to finish, I really cannot sleep well. It's really my nature since I love my work a lot! I can say that there are transitions in the duties of my work, and not doing the monotonous stuff. I kinda feel tired during the working hours but I am still motivated to finish the work because it was a bit challenging. Though sometimes during the office hours, my eyes cannot avoid to close. Good thing I have seen a scene in Tom and Jerry show which gave me an idea to draw an alternative image of an eye on my "eyelids" which in case I fell asleep, they will still think that I am stll wide awake because they can see the drawing of alternative eyes, ahehehhe! 

Flowers and Easter Sunday!

I am pretty sure that most girls will be interested for today's blog, since I will be featuring some flowers that are in the Spanish church garden but I am sorry coz I don't have some painted eggs to show here for this Easter Sunday. I miss egg-hunting! I wonder if they do that here in Morocco.....but I guess they don't. Have you ever wonder if there is an egg-hunting in some parts of the world where they will be using an "ostrich egg?". I'm pretty sure, everyone's going to participate! haha! or maybe lizard egg? (naaah! I just miss home that's why I am hallucinating with these crazy ideas! hehe!) But I am happy here, so I just have to deal with it.

Dinner with my friends (Maundy Thursday)

I wasn't supposed to go to work last Maundy Thursday, but I have to because I have a lot of work to finish. And before the office hour ends, I called my friend Alae, and we decided to have dinner in his apartment with our friend Simo. I told him that I will come  at 8pm since I still have to attend the Holy mass at 7pm. The mass took for more than an hour because of the celebration of the Holy week, where it's the time to mourn for our sins and ask for forgiveness to the creator, in which most of the non-catholic people don't understand about this. Well, I would say in general that religion makes things complicated, especially for those people who are

Bon jour a' tous! (as what they greet in French)

I'm kinda busy and tired these past few days so I haven't been into my blog lately. Sorry guys! Maybe I could get a better grip on to my moods for the coming days since I am back on a healthy routine, like sleep early, eat balance diet, workout and stay positive. Did I mention "stay positive???" uff..... that's tough one to do here, but I need to, in order to bring my confidence and energy level up! And of course good friends boost your confidence too!

At last, I can almost feel the summer here Rabat, though its not yet the summer season, Spring time has just started last 21st of March, but with the heat of the sun, you are like in the tropical region. The nice thing about the weather here in Morocco is that when its hot, during daytime, you can still feel the cold breeze at night time.
